Bruschetta


Ingredients:

8 slices baguette (French bread), or country bread
2 cloves garlic, chopped; mixed with
3 tbsp olive oil

For topping: Mix

1/4 cup chopped basil
1/4 cup tomato, seeded and chopped
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
salt to taste

Preparations:

1. Toast the bread until golden brown.

2. Brush the bread with the garlic and olive oil mixture

3. Top the bread with the basil-tomato-vinegar mixture. Serve.
