Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 kilo catfish fillet
Preparation:
1. Break the catfish fillet into small pieces.
2. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the catfish until golden brown.
3. Place the crispy catfish on paper towels to dry. Serve with Green Mango Salad.
