Nachos
Ingredients:
1 pack tortilla corn chips
1/2 cup cheese, melted (or store-bought cheese sauce)
1 tbsp jalapeno, sliced
1 cup tomatoes, seeds removed and finely chopped (salsa)
1tbsp onions, finely chopped
Preparations:
1. Place the nachos in a serving plate or basket.
2. Top with the melted cheese.
3. Sprinkle with jalapeno and onions. Top with tomato salsa.
