Basic Crepe


Ingredients:

1 liter fresh milk
1 1/2 cups cake flour
2 pcs egg yolks
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 tsp sugar
powdered sugar
chocolate syrup
fruit of choice

Preparation:

1. Combine all ingredients together to make the batter. Strain.

2. Using a non-stick pan, cook the batter 1 scoop at a time. Tilt the pan to evenly coat the surface of the pan. The crepe is done when the edges brown and bubbles form.

3. Put chocolate syrup on the crepe and your choice of fruit.
