Nasi Lemak
Ingredients:
2 slices luncheon meat, fried
1 pc egg, fried
fried peanuts
dilis, fried
cucumber slices
1 pc fried chicken
rice cooked in coconut milk
For the chili sambal sauce: Blend
1/4 cup shallots, chopped
1 clove garlic
1/2 onion, chopped
1 pc chili
1 tsp tamarind juice
1 tbsp sugar
Preparations:
1. Arrange the luncheon meat, fried egg, peanuts, dilis , and cucumber slices on a serving plate.
2. Serve with chili sambal sauce.
