Fried Koay Teow


Ingredients:

1/4 kg flat rice noodles
1/2 cup beansprouts
2 pcs fish cake slice
3 pcs fresh king prawn (or shrimp), shelled
1 tsp chili paste
1 pc egg
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp fish gravy
2 tbsp cooking oil
garlic, chopped
shallots, crisp-fried
chive flower

Preparation:

1. Heat oil in a wok. Stir-fry the garlic, chili paste, and prawn. Do this for about 2 to 3 minutes

2. Add the egg and all the other ingredients. COntinue to stir-fry for 6 more minutes. Make sure that all the ingredients are well-mixed.

3. Top with crisp-fried shaloots. Serve immediately.
