Scrambled Eggs with Cream Cheese


Ingredients:

5 eggs, slightly beaten
1 pack cream cheese
1 tbsp butter
1 cup cream
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp paprika
2 tbsp dry sherry (or cooking wine)

Preparation:

1. Using a double broiler, melt the butter and cream cheese.

2. Heat the cream and add to the melted butter and cream cheese.

3. Season with salt and paprika.

4. Add the eggs. Stir.

5. Add the dry sherry and cook some more. Serve immediately.
