Hamburger


Ingredients:

1/2 kilo ground beef
1 egg
1/2 tsp mustard
2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 slice loaf bread
1/4 cup evaporated milk
hamburger buns
cooking oil
butter
choice of veggies for topping (e.g. pickles, tomatoes, cucumber slices)

Preparations:

1. Tear the loaf bread into small pieces and soak in the evaporated milk.

2. Add the pepper, salt, Worcestershire sauce, egg, and mustard.

3. Add the above mixture to the ground beef. Mix well and knead.

4. Divide the mixture according to the size of the hamburgers to be made. Pat int shape.

5. pan fry in cooking oil and butter.

6. Serve in a hamburger bun along with a topping of veggies and a side order of fries.
